February 2024 - The new year is off to a busy start at our site. PDI is working site piling while Patch Group follows with concrete foundations. As construction transitions to above-ground work, the site will really start transforming in the next two months.

October 2023 - Construction continues to progress at our site with concrete being poured. Patch Group has finished site prep and grading, and the project is focused on piles, roads, and foundations. We are excited to share more project photos with you as our project progresses forward!

August 2023 - We are excited to share that we started site clearing and grading at our site! Thank you to Player Design Inc. and Patch Group for getting us started on the right foot. Patch Group is a local Louisiana contractor selected to complete all our site clearing, grading, and road work. We are excited to keep moving with construction and continue to hire local contractors for the next phases of construction!
